Ritika Vinay married for 20 years to her husband from the Indian Air Force, is born and raised in Delhi (India) and She is an Alumni of IIM Bangalore nsrcel & Goldman Sach 10K programme. A graduate from Delhi University was accorded a scholarship in 1997 for outstanding results and awarded as Best All Around Student of the Year 1997 and Represented Delhi on Rajpath in Republic Day Parade as Platoon commander NCC.

Ritika Vinay is a Philanthropist & an Entrepreneur who is the Founder Director of India’s most dignified pageant MRS INDIA Queen of Substance and making the difference in Married Indian Women’s Life by providing them National and International platforms, and she is the president of social organization HCWA, This qualified Social Activist who has devoted 15 years of her life reaching out to people with her Organization HCWA & Crowned n awarded as Mrs Asia Pacific 2014 Queen of Substance at Singapore for her contribution in Social Sector and she is one of awardees of Woman’s Achiever Award 2016 among various bollywood dignitaries like Puja Bedi, Bhagyashree, and Farha Khan at Mumbai, she is one of the nominee of 2016 World of Children Award, USA for her contribution towards the upliftment & her support for more than 600 heart & kidney treatments among the underprivileged.

Her Passion toward the Women Empowerment initiated the idea to promote Married Women and opens the international avenues for them as a Pageant Director Mrs India Queen of Substance. Mrs. India – Queen of Substance contestants are Successful Married Women who strive to be self confident, graceful, elegant, charismatic and honorable in the representation of India at home and around the world. In addition to being a Hallmark of India and a symbol of Beauty and Success , the Mrs. India – Queen of Substance contest provides a Career spring bound for its participants. The Participants need to perform Philanthropic Tasks given by HCWA in their respective States n Countries, Now she is the Director of various International pageants. A team’s Hard work bringing the Laurels to MIQS, and the winner Mrs India 2015 Priyanka Khurana won & bring the laurel to India by winning first time Mrs Earth 2015 Pageant at Jamaica, under her mentoring. She hopes to use the recognition & platform to further the exposure and reach of MIQS And the journey forward looks bright with the support of her family, friends and staff.
